Virtual Bookkeeping Services has been our bookkeeper for nearly one year. We use QB enterprise and have inventory control. Through her weekly updates and reports from QB, I stay informed of A/P, A/R open POs and have any open items from reconciliations of bank statements and credit cards resolved with very clear descriptions of the issues. I rely on Jenny for our quarterly use/sales tax filings, as well as bill pay and management of electronic receipts in a secure shared folder. She is very detail oriented and a thoughtful problem solver. I highly recommend her services.
